Terms of Service

By accessing and using Zports ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Service, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, and/or contributors of content.

Zports is a platform that connects sports enthusiasts with venue owners, allowing users to:

• Search and discover sports venues in their area
• View venue details, pricing, and availability
• Book time slots at sports venues
• Manage their bookings and payments
• Rate and review venues

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Cancellations must be made through your account dashboard or by contacting customer support. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Transmit harmful or malicious content
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without permission

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any damages arising from or related to these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zports and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit to the Service

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zports operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
